Dr. K.N. Vyas is a distinguished Homi Bhabha Chair Professor at the Department of Atomic Energy, a former Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission, and a former Secretary of the Department of Atomic Energy. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from MS University, Vadodara, Dr Vyas completed his training with the 22nd Batch of the BARC Training School in 1979, after which he joined the Fuel Design & Development Section of the Reactor Engineering Division at BARC.
Dr. Vyas has made significant contributions to the design and analysis of nuclear reactor fuels, including the development of a novel fuel for strategic applications. His expertise extends to thermal hydraulics and stress analysis of critical reactor core components, where he played a pivotal role in executing strategic projects. Notably, Dr. Vyas was a key contributor to the design and analysis of the Test Blanket Module for the international ITER project in France.
Dr. Vyas’s significant contributions to the field have been acknowledged with several prestigious awards. These include the Indian Nuclear Society Outstanding Service Award in 2011, the Homi Bhabha Science and Technology Award in 2006, and multiple DAE Awards between 2007 and 2013. His status as a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineers further underscores his expertise and dedication.
In 2016, Dr. Vyas was appointed Director of BARC, and in 2018, he ascended to the role of Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission and Secretary of the Department of Atomic Energy. After an illustrious career spanning 44 years, Dr. Vyas retired on May 3, 2023.
Currently, Dr. Vyas serves on two prestigious bodies representing Tata Trusts: the Court of IISc as a Tata Trusts nominee and the Council of Management at TIFR.
Other Directorships: From March 2016 to March 2019, Dr Vyas served as a Nominee Director on the boards of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited and Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited.

Dr Mittal is the first woman ever to head ONGC, one of India's most valuable companies. She also became the first woman Functional Director of ONGC in its history when she assumed the charge of Director (HR) in 2018. After an illustrious career spanning more than 37 years, she superannuated from the services of ONGC in August 2022.
Dr Mittal holds a postgraduate degree in Economics, an MBA in HRM, and a doctorate in Commerce and Business Studies, specialising in Corporate Governance. Additionally, she has the Non-Executive Director Diploma from Pearson SRF BTEC Level 7 Advanced Professional Diploma from FT, UK.
Dr Mittal is an industry veteran with a wealth of experience driving major strategic and impactful human resource programs and policies. She is also a CSR specialist who has led hundreds of impactful CSR projects nationwide, helping build sustainable communities.
Dr Mittal has served on the Boards of various institutions and professional bodies, including IIM Trichy, RGIPT Amethi and Sivasagar, the National HRD Network, and the Hydrocarbon Sector Skill Council. She has also been the CEO of the Hydrocarbon Sector Skill Council. She is a member of IIM-Ahmedabad's Global Community of Practice, an opt-in group of leaders and professionals.
Since 2001, Dr Mittal has trained more than 12000 ONGC graduate Trainees on Corporate Governance and is dedicated to coaching young professionals.
She has been placed in the Fortune Global Top Ten Women CEOs list in 2023 and received prestigious awards such as the Inspiring CEO of India Award, HRWorld Thought Leaders 2022 by Economic Times, Silver Stevie Award in the Woman of the Year category at the International Business Awards 2021, Powerful Women's Trophy by Fortune India on 3rd March 2023, and many other recognitions.

With over 20 years of service in the Tata Group, LKK exemplifies commitment and expertise. He holds esteemed qualifications in Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretarial, and Cost and Management Accounting, and is a member of each of these institutes.
Currently, LKK serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Tata Consulting Engineers, an engineering, project, and construction management company within the Tata Group. He also chairs several board committees and is a board member of Infinity Retail Limited, the Tata Group's electronics retail company, where he leads the Audit Committee.
In March 2024, LKK retired from his full-time executive role at Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL), where he held the position of Executive Director and Group CFO. With over a decade on TCPL’s board, he contributed significantly to its subsidiaries and joint ventures, including Tata Starbucks Limited. Under his leadership, TCPL evolved from an Indian tea company into an international food and beverages corporation, with strategic acquisitions central to its growth. During this time, he also served as Group CFO in London, driving TCPL’s global transformation.
LKK’s tenure at TCPL reflected his broad expertise, covering finance, legal, company secretarial duties, strategy, M&A, internal audit, risk management, investor relations, and communications. His leadership extended to overseeing supply chain and IT functions, which he later relinquished as TCPL scaled its operations.
Prior to his work at TCPL, LKK was the CFO at Indian Hotels Company Limited (TAJ), where he played a vital role in various joint ventures and acquisitions, including Taj Lands End, Taj Asia, and TAJ-SATS.
Before joining the Tata Group, LKK served as General Manager of Finance at Larsen and Toubro, India’s largest engineering and construction company, managing business finance, tax, accounting, treasury, and M&A functions. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Consultant in the Management Consultancy Division at AF Ferguson & Co. (now part of Deloitte), overseeing numerous projects across India and the Middle East.

At Tata Consulting Engineers, Rajeev leads the overall risk management framework and ensures robust monitoring, reporting and adherence to internal systems, tools and processes. He is a member of the Executive Committee and the Corporate Management Committee, reporting to the Managing Director and accountable to the Board.

At Cairn, the Oil and Gas Strategic Business Unit of Vedanta Limited from 2015 to 2018, he led the development and implementation of risk management frameworks across business units and projects.
At GMR Group from 2009 to 2015, he was instrumental in establishing and deploying the Enterprise Risk Management framework across multiple projects and assets, while also strengthening governance practices and fostering a risk aware culture.
He previously served as Senior Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 2006 to 2009 and as Risk Services Consultant at Aon Global Insurance Services from 2003 to 2006. Earlier in his career, he worked with organisations including IndusInd Bank, Rolta India and Alpic Finance.
Rajeev is widely recognised as a thought leader in the field of risk management. He is an active speaker and panellist at industry forums and has engaged with institutions such as NIA, CII and leading universities.
He also serves as Chair of the India Regional Group and as a Special Executive Route Assessor of the Institute of Risk Management, UK, reflecting his contribution to the profession at both national and international levels.
Download ProfileWith more than 18 years of experience, Sridhar Radhakrishnan is the Chief Financial Officer of Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd. TCE offers a wide range of multi-disciplinary design & engineering services and Project Management across several sectors.
Mr Sridhar joined TCE from Tata Chemicals, where he was heading Strategic Finance and Investor Relations and was business controller for their India Operations. He worked in Tata Sons as a part of the Group Chairman & Group CFO office between 2014 and 2019. In this role, he has worked on various M&A, Corporate finance activities across industry verticals. Before Tata Sons, he worked in Tata Teleservices for over eight years, where he was involved in large-scale fundraising both on debt and equity in both domestic and international markets, financial planning & analysis, business partnering and areas of strategic planning.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University in 2003 and passed his Chartered Accountancy examinations from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2004. He completed his articleship from a member firm of Deloitte.
He started his career in the Tata Group through the Group CA program. He has around 18 years post qualification experience in areas of Treasury & investor relations, business controllership, financial planning and analysis, business finance, and M&A in diverse industry verticals. Atul Choudhari is the Chief Technology Officer at Tata Consulting Engineers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. With over three decades of experience in engineering, technology strategy, and complex project delivery, he brings deep cross-sector expertise spanning Power, Hydrocarbons and Chemicals, Mining and Metals, Advanced Facilities, and Infrastructure.
As CTO, Atul is responsible for shaping the organisation’s technology vision and guiding innovation across industrial and infrastructure ecosystems. His work focuses on the convergence of engineering excellence, sustainability, and emerging industrial technologies. He provides strategic direction on technology investments, capability development, and innovation initiatives that support long-term industrial growth.
His areas of engagement include energy transition, green hydrogen and its derivatives, green steel, battery energy storage systems, grid modernisation, smart infrastructure, semiconductor facilities, data centres, and low-carbon industrial pathways. He also guides the adoption of advanced engineering platforms and artificial intelligence-enabled design practices to improve productivity, safety, and lifecycle performance of projects.
He plays a key role in helping industry navigate technology shifts driven by decarbonisation, new manufacturing ecosystems, and evolving energy systems. Through structured technology roadmapping and collaboration with academia, research institutions, and technology partners, he supports the development of future-ready engineering capabilities across sectors.
Before joining Tata Consulting Engineers in 2017, Atul spent over two decades with Aker Solutions, contributing to large-scale projects in refining, petrochemicals, and gas processing. His technical foundation includes process engineering, advanced simulation, and process safety leadership.
A gold medallist and first-rank holder in Chemical Engineering, Atul is a recognised voice in national and international forums on the energy transition, clean technologies, and industrial innovation. He has authored several technical papers and actively mentors young engineers while contributing to academic curriculum development.

He was responsible for developing various software packages, designing the Local Area Network of various TCE offices, providing consultancy services for external clients, etc.
Throughout his association with TCE, Shahu has spearheaded momentous technological transformation journeys like conceptualising ‘Digital PMO’ and designing and developing various processes, namely, Employee self-service portal, Project Lifecycle Management, Invoicing and cost control, Project forecasting and governance etc. He has also developed and designed in-house HR applications for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Performance Management, LMS, EES Intranet Portal etc.

Rajat is also a Board Member at CDI Engineering, a TCE subsidiary specialising in hydrocarbons and chemicals design & engineering services in the US.
TCE provides multi-disciplinary design, engineering, and project management services across various sectors worldwide. As the Head of the International Marketing Group (IMG), Rajat oversees sales and marketing operations across key global markets, focusing on go-to-market strategy, customer relationships, and sales operations.
As part of TCE’s Executive Leadership Team, Rajat has played a vital role in the company’s growth strategy, helping expand its global presence and position it as a leader in engineering and consulting.
Throughout his career at TCE, Rajat has held multiple leadership roles, including incubating the Advanced Technologies & Digital business unit and managing its profit & loss (P&L) responsibility. His earlier professional foundation was built at Infosys, where he managed product lifecycle and engineering solutions for a diverse global clientele in heavy manufacturing, telecom, and automotive industries. He began his professional career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Tata Motors, providing him with a foundational understanding of the Tata Group's core engineering values from the very start.
Amit’s technical expertise is grounded in a strong academic background, holding a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the National Institute of Technology, Surat.
