The TCS Techno Park IT Project, located by the Bay of Bengal, was Asia’s largest IT campus, spanning 70 acres and housing about 23,500 professionals. It features a 132m high signature tower, a dinosaur shaped central spine, 6 engineering buildings, and 12 service buildings, emphasising energy efficiency with its design for natural ventilation and lighting, achieving Green Building status and winning multiple awards for its sustainable and innovative architecture.

TCE played a pivotal role as the Project Management Consultant, overseeing a comprehensive scope that included drawing review, design assessment, and BOQ review, tendering, preparation of documents like GCC and SCC, technical and commercial negotiations, as well as recommendations for contract awards. The consultancy encompassed construction supervision, project scheduling and monitoring, validation of invoices, budgeting, and cash flow tracking. Furthermore, the team was involved in the finalisation of extra claims, and closure of contracts, and provided support during the commissioning and handover processes.
