The Shivamogga City project was conceived to create a vibrant recreational hub that promotes wellness and community engagement. This initiative included the development of a state-of-the-art Yoga Centre designed to provide a serene and modern space for holistic health practices. In addition, the project involved the refurbishment of existing sports facilities, including Lawn Tennis courts, an Open Gym, and a dedicated Cricket Pitch, ensuring that residents have access to diverse fitness and sporting options. Completed in June 2021 with a project cost of INR 3 crore, this development has significantly enhanced the recreational infrastructure of Shivamogga, offering a blend of traditional wellness and modern sports amenities.

TCE's Scope

Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) delivered comprehensive engineering services for this project, covering conceptual and detailed design across multiple disciplines. The scope included preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), development of technical specifications, cost estimation, and vendor drawing review to ensure accuracy and compliance. TCE also provided construction supervision services, guaranteeing quality execution and timely delivery. Through its expertise and integrated approach, TCE ensured that the Shivamogga City recreational hub meets high standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetics, creating a space that fosters health, fitness, and community well-being.
