The redevelopment of Nehru Stadium under Hubballi Dharwad Smart City Limited was a landmark initiative aimed at creating a modern sports infrastructure that meets international standards. Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) delivered end-to-end engineering services for this prestigious project. The scope covered conceptual design, detailed design, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency. TCE also developed technical specifications and provided precise cost estimates to maintain transparency and control throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, the team undertook vendor drawing reviews and provided construction supervision services, ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines.
