The New Parliament Building is the flagship of the Central Vista Redevelopment Project, one of India’s most significant infrastructure initiatives. It was designed to meet the growing needs of governance with modern technology, improved capacity and sustainable features, while preserving the cultural essence of the nation. TCE’s Scope

Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) served as the Services Consultant for Building Engineering and External Infrastructure. Our responsibility was extensive and critical to the success of the project. We provided engineering consultancy for the Infrastructure Master Plan and delivered detailed engineering for external infrastructure with sustainable planning. Our scope also included mechanical, plumbing and fire fighting systems for the buildings, the Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), security and surveillance systems, and the integration of IT services across the project. This role placed TCE at the heart of the technical design and execution, ensuring that every element of the project met the highest standards of efficiency, safety and sustainability.
