The project involves providing design consultancy services for a large scale facility dedicated to lithium ion cell battery manufacturing located in Sanand Gujarat. The aim is to create a modern and sustainable plant that meets high standards of efficiency and environmental responsibility. The work covers both design and construction phases to ensure smooth execution and quality delivery.

TCE's Story

During the design phase the scope includes concept design master planning and preliminary cost estimation. It also covers sustainability solutions to achieve green certifications. Detailed design will be prepared for infrastructure plant and non plant buildings along with MEP services. BIM modelling will be developed up to LOD 300 for the design stage. In addition tender enquiry documents will be prepared for contractor selection.

In the construction phase the scope includes review of detailed engineering carried out by the contractor including vendor details. Quality inspections will be conducted at vendor works and at the construction site to ensure compliance with design and standards.
