Commissioned between 2007 and 2011, Kaiga Units 3 and 4 are 220 MWe PHWRs that enhanced southern grid reliability. The Kaiga site is renowned for operational excellence, including record-breaking continuous reactor runs, and plays a vital role in Karnataka’s energy security.

Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) delivered civil and structural engineering for reactor auxiliary buildings, turbine halls, and cooling water systems. The team supported electrical integration and provided site engineering assistance during construction.
