TCE is delivering an integrated assignment combining Architecture and Planning with comprehensive Programme Management Consultancy services across pre‑construction, construction and post‑construction stages. As part of the planning and architectural coordination scope, TCE supported the appointment and coordination of architectural consultants, design development reviews, statutory approval processes and preparation and finalisation of BOQs and tender documents. Design supervision was carried out at various stages to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality benchmarks and safety requirements. Under the PMC scope, TCE is providing construction management and supervision services, including contractor coordination, quality and safety monitoring, certification of bills, progress reviews and reporting. The scope also includes post‑construction services such as defect liability coordination, documentation, inventory checks and support through handover and occupancy certification. TCE’s role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors and the institute’s project teams to ensure delivery in line with approved schedules, cost controls and performance standards.
