Tata Consulting Engineers provided Front End Loading and Engineering & Project services for the outside battery limits (OSBL) scope of the project. The scope covered the planning and design of overall site infrastructure, including internal roads, drainage systems, and parking facilities, to support safe and efficient site movement. TCE also engineered the entry guardhouse and truck scale facilities, enabling controlled access and streamlined logistics. The scope included the design of ammonia storage tanks located within earthen berms, along with flare towers to support safe plant operations. Heavy‑haul roads and laydown areas were planned to facilitate construction activities and material handling. In addition, TCE designed the main pipe racks and associated piping systems connecting the inside battery limits (ISBL) units to dock loading facilities, ensuring reliable transfer and export readiness while maintaining operational safety and efficiency.
