Ebene Cyber City in Mauritius marked a significant milestone in positioning Mauritius on the global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) map. The centrepiece, the Cyber Tower, was a 12 story intelligent building covering 42,274 square meters, equipped with an Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) for centralised control over access, security, lighting, and air conditioning. It featured electrical power redundancy and direct access to the SAFE optical fibre cable, making it an attractive hub for BPO activities and a prime venue for corporate events with its state-of-the-art conference facilities.

TCE contributed significantly to this landmark project, handling master planning for the 150 acre campus, including the design and engineering of all utilities and services, as well as providing Design Engineering and Construction Management Services for the Cyber Tower itself. This comprehensive involvement highlights TCE’s expertise in delivering integrated solutions for extensive and complex projects.
