This expansion included new buildings for essential production areas and an evaporative cooling system to manage high temperatures and humidity, ensuring a comfortable working environment. The expansion continued, further increasing its production capacity to 320,000 vehicles annually.

TCE maintained its role, providing comprehensive services from basic and detailed design engineering to procurement, inspection, and construction advisory, starting December 1994, highlighting its ongoing contribution to client's growth and adaptation to increasing production demands.
