This 600 MW solar photovoltaic development supports large scale renewable energy expansion in the Khavda region of Gujarat, one of India’s most significant renewable corridors. The project contributes to national clean energy goals by creating utility scale solar capacity in an area with strong solar resource availability.
TCE's Scope
TCE served as the owner’s engineer for the entire 600 MW development. The scope included basic engineering, preparation of procurement documents, bid support and review and approval of the engineering documentation submitted by the contractor
TCE also provided ongoing technical assistance throughout project execution and supported commissioning activities to ensure reliable plant performance.
Impact
TCE’s technical involvement helped ensure quality, accuracy and consistency in all engineering and procurement activities. The support provided during the execution and commissioning stages strengthened the reliability and long term performance of the solar plant, contributing to Gujarat’s significant clean energy expansion.
