This 500 MW renewable energy initiative supports clean power delivery in Oman through large scale solar generation. The project forms part of the country’s broader renewable energy transition, aimed at strengthening supply security and reducing emissions.
TCE's Scope
TCE carried out the full technology selection for the project along with basic engineering and preparation of the complete Bill of Quantities. In addition, the team conducted the PQ curve study to support electrical performance evaluation.
Impact
The engineering studies ensured that the project is designed with optimal technology and a clear understanding of expected performance. The work supports informed decision making, enhances project bankability and contributes to the long term development of Oman’s renewable energy sector.
