This 240 MW renewable development integrates a solar photovoltaic plant with a battery energy storage system to provide efficient clean energy for the region. The project strengthens Morocco’s renewable energy plans by combining solar generation with storage to improve grid stability and power availability.
TCE's Scope
TCE delivered the complete basic engineering and the full Bill of Quantities for the solar and storage development. The work included preparation of the PQ curve study to assess system response and support design optimisation.
Impact
The engineering and evaluation support helped develop a clear understanding of capacity, performance and configuration possibilities for the integrated solar and storage system. The project benefits from improved reliability and enhanced readiness for further development stages.
