TCE is providing multidisciplinary detailed engineering and complete 3D model development for the facility, with engineering spanning civil and structural, architectural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control systems. The scope integrates the manufacturing environment with the plant infrastructure and specialised utilities required for ingot and wafer production. This includes gas supply and argon recovery, chemical distribution, process exhaust and dust collection, compressed air, HVAC, process water, fire protection, water treatment, ETP and ZLD, UPW/DI water, cutting-water recycling, high-voltage power infrastructure and plant electrical distribution. TCE’s responsibilities also extend to utility controls, field instrumentation, raw-water systems and supporting communication, fire detection and security systems.

The engineering is being developed through staged 3D model reviews, enabling coordination across disciplines, equipment interfaces, utilities and supporting infrastructure as the project progresses.
