25-27 October 2009 ,Ms Vidya Devi and Ms Rinku Taur, presented their paper titled 'Low Cost Housing' at BITS Pilani, Rajasthan from 25-27 October2009. The paper was published originally in the proceedings of 'International Conference on Advances in Concrete, Structural and Geotechnical Engineering.'

The paper showed how mass housing targets can be achieved by replacing the conventional methods of planning and executing building operation based on special and individual needs and accepting common denominator based on surveys, population needs and rational use of materials and resources.
