On 3 March 2013, Mr Cyrus Mistry, Chairman, Tata Sons Ltd handed over a plaque to Mr J P Haran, Managing Director, Tata Consulting Engineers Limited at the inaugural function. Tata Consulting Engineers provided consultancy services and site supervision for the project. The project was completed on 28 Dec 2012 and was fully operational on 3 March 2013. The inauguration coincided with the Founder's Day celebrations on the same day.
