Young graduates

The Young Engineers Development Program (YEDP) is Tata Consulting Engineers’ flagship initiative for developing early career engineering talent. The programme is designed to strengthen technical capability, practical understanding, and professional confidence among young engineers.

Through structured learning, project exposure, mentoring, and periodic assessments, participants build the knowledge and experience needed to contribute effectively to complex engineering assignments.
